I've found that through my experience in training the people that actually make changes to their person are the ones that actually take it on board like a sickness and make it an important part of their lifes!

DVD coming soon!
Whats happening guys!
Those of you that know me, know I'm a fitness goon! With that its only right I do the inevitable and bring you one of the best raw fitness dvds you'll ever see!
In order to make this happen I need everyones support! All I ask is you take a few seconds of your time to let me kjnow what issues you face getting fit, is it taking too long? do you lack motivation to actualluy work out?
what ever the issue let me know and I'm sure the DvD will answer some serious questions.

You are what you eat!
I'm very confused! I know a high metabolic rate will help you burn fat but I eat fatty foods and chocolates more than the average fat person, i can put on m,uscle really well which works in my favour being a man but I cant seem to put on any body fat whether it be good fats or bad! Any clues????
